Rules and Regulations

1. FirmTools cards can be used to order non-free themes from the FirmTools.com website only;
2. FirmTools reserves the right to terminate the FirmTools cards system at any time without prior notice;
3. FirmTools reserves the right to interpret and apply the policies and all determinations by FirmTools shall be final, conclusive and binding in each case.

Enrollment

1. The FirmTools Points Program is open to any individual registered on our site;
2. Membership in the FirmTools cards system is non-transferable;
3. Points purchased using cards will not be redeemable for cash or refunds.
